You're gonna be disappointed. If anything it gets worse the next tier up. The tier with the least toxicity happens to be the one you just entered, but it certainly won't ever disappear. Trolling as opposed to verbal abuse becomes the primary form of toxicity the closer one gets to diamond.

Just don't climb to platinum, i hear that tier is the most toxic of them all.

Don't worry, I got plat last season and I still had teammates who weren't competent.
