Katarina rune help (Conq or Electrocute?)

Which is better for Katarina: taking Conqueror and building Hextech Gunblade into Death's Dance or taking Electrocute and building Hextech Gunblade into Morellonomicon, or does it depend on the matchup/enemy team composition? If it does depend on the enemy team, which rune would be a better option against, say, a squishier comp compared to a bruiser/tanky comp?

Electrocute if the team has a bunch of squishier people. Conqueror if you’re going to be against beefier opponents so you can weave in and out of battles.
