The mobility that you mention is the movement speed that he gets from his chimes, that's pretty much out of lane.

Bard just poke from afar in lane and works to get a stun.

If you know how to play hard, a huge amount of infight mobility comes from his e. For example, if I'm in lane and I kill the enemy adc/support, I'll go into the bush behind their tower and wait. Once they walk by, q+auto procs tlords, and 1/4-1/2 of their hp is gone, then I just e back to safety and there is absolutely no retaliation possible.

Considering it's a support with unparalleled mobility in the support role, yea it's pretty interesting. No other support in the game could even dream of going over 3 walls in a row, this guy has that potential as his basic abilities. He has 2 hard CCs, both of which are AoE, an AoE heal, and a protective passive shield to help negate lane harass, a really powerful tool on a melee support.

He's practically Lee Sin in support form, a powerful generalist bringing heals, shields, engages, peel, and has powerful harass patterns, all while being able to viably build either to be a durable tank or a highly protective enchanter.

I like the bird grill more, mainly because i play adc and second because He seems ... a mix between some spells that already exist, ult reminds me of bard meep tour + Ahri E, and he looks much like taric except the voice anb theme

Honestly, from my opinion, just ban the male champ and it will screw all there interactions up, the long range leap, the extra feathers, the back.

The girl doesn't look so bad(Gameplay-wise yeh fools!), Her design has low mobility, and zero-chase potential, Kite/dash ADCs will probably have an easier time with her, and Braum can screw up her feathers completely with a well timed wall. Lucian Braum will crush the duo, and it's already a well known combo.

Yup, but that makes poke stronger against her cause her engage is non-existant unlike other ADCs. She can only walk at you in plain sight and look dumb. I also suspect mobile ADCs will beat her out right too, just from the fact that she's so incredibly reliant on the feathers for a lot of the damage. Honestly I would be surprised to see her in competitive play, the support not so much. I may eat my own words though, make sure you really rub it in my face if I am wrong.

I wont lie, her damage is no joke, even without E(Feather recall) she has a weavable spell(Q) and an auto attack modifier(W), both of which promote high DPS, along with the ult. Invulnerability is no joke for squishies, Fizz is proof. She's going to be a support/jungle reliant ADC for engage. Like completely, her range is semi-pathetic so she really cant do any form of CC unless she's being chased and she's not mobile.

Thats partially why the combo scares me, Rakan gives her the time she needs and the cc for her to dish it all out, his entire kit is either CC or sustain with mobility to boot.

I feel she's a much more defensive ADC, she isn't supposed to be aggresive so i feel like that she will be better against early game ADC's or adc's that have to be aggressive, or have a high tendency to play aggressively to survive laning phase and reach late game, for example your average vayne, caitlynn, lucian or even jinx is going to play extremely aggressive and she counter's that playstyle quite well, she can't be bursted when her ult is up, she can't be chased down if she get's some movement speed items, she has ridiculous aoe damage, pushing power and great kiting so trying to play aggressive against her will be difficult in most cases. She'll push harder, kite better and poke better at first then rely on her support to help her finish someone off. ADC's like Varus, Ezreal and Ashe though might prove to be her downfall.

I honestly think Lucian will be strong against her due to the fact that he's a mobile spell slinger along with him being and ADC, because I can see him getting around her feathers easily while weaving in spells and autos in massive DPS.

Also I believe Lucian Bruam will really shut her down.

Yes, Rakan basically has Alistar W and Q combo in his kit. However unlike Alistar, his knock-up has a delay and I doubt he's immune to cc in his w or ult. Alistar WANTS the enemy to be in melee range for his q.

Also, did you know that Rakan is the disrupter with the less amount of health? At level 18, he has 1976 health while most disrupters have around 2100 at level 18. It's mean that unless Rakan build a lot of tank items, he will be easy to lockdown especially with point and click abilities.

Just ban one. It is worth more than one ban since it nerfs the other by extension. It also throws a wrench in the 5 ban system because if you pick one during early stage you can ban the other in 2nd wave of bans.

It will be very easy to counter the duo in draft. Unless 2 people pick them in quick succession the duo is probably not gonna happen this often. You want to wreck their synergy, then as one gets picked, if the other is not immediatly picked back, your team can do it. This will depend so much on pick order and who can and is willing to pick and trade.

Otherwise, just ban one as it has been mentionned before and deal with the other if the enemy team still wants to pick it.
