Why don't they actually start posting useful things rather than just circlejerking all the time? Thats why you shouldn't allow everyone in your company to be able to talk openly with the fans. You get 90% of it being garbage and just disguised PR that way.

KateyKhaos reads a ton information put on the boards looking for bugs and things riot can improve on. She consistently takes the time to post in threads about questions and concerns the community has. Yes, sometimes she does post optimism and random stuff on the boards, but who wants to be all work all the time. She's a community member too. I know first hand that she does her job and does it well. She does an amazing job connecting and listening to the community on the boards and specifically the PBE forums. Every skin she has been involved with in regards to concept/bugs/colors she has been 100% invested in. Community didn't like blood moon Elise's pink, they made they made it more red to fix the theme. Every single bug reported in the pbe forums about a skin she is working on gets fixed. That's more than I wold ask of a Rioter.

It's sad how someone can't give a Rioter a Cookie or Poro Snax to help them have a better day, with out a bunch of flamers saying how much someone is a terrible person. How sad. D:
