Had a smurf riven on my team for a game...then their team for a game. Why is Riven allowed to be that strong? Literally worse than Vayne...If I say so myself. Does anyone have any legit explanation why Riot has no changes ever for Riven? Building str8 AD should punish her, but it instead gives her more safety and a penta-kill to go...?

Also you said it was a smurf... if that's true then that player could have been playing Yorick and would have destroyed everyone most likely
