Is there any reason to build Boots of lucidity?

I can achieve 40% cdr with runes and . Like what's the point of boots of lucidity these days?

um, the reason to build boots of lucidity is to get 45% cdR as fast as possible. feel free to sell them later on for other boots.

To offer build flexibility. And inflexibly, I can't think of anyone at the moment who would build those who was taking Boots of Lucidity anyways.

Also, not every champion is an AP carry.

For me on cdr doesn't really matter too much because of her ult and she's not that bursty.

Idk about cause I don't play her so I'll take your word for it.

She isn't great with burst, but she has bad AP ratios, so cdr+mpen increases her damage output more than AP straight.

It also makes summoner 21 / summoner 12 much stronger, since barrier's already low cooldown manes its up nearly every fight, and TP lets her pressure more.

Rune that lets you gain ad or AP on cdr above 40% also you get 10% cdr at 10 min
