What if we could trade champion and skin shards?

A lot of the stuff we get through hextech crafting is stuff we don't really want, but chances are you have something someone else is interested in. In previous Pokemon games, we had something called the GTS (global trade station). Essentially, it was a feature that allowed you to connect to a worldwide network, upload something you didn't want/need anymore, and request something in exchange. I think it would be nice if we had something similar to this for skin shards. You could upload champion and skin shards you don't need, and request a different one in exchange. To make it fair, we could make it so only items of equal value can be traded, so no one feels like they're getting ripped off.
