One of the things I've noticed after playing some more of new swain

First and foremost, people have to erase "lane bully" thoughts when thinking about new swain. His early is a lot worse (but at least he has health sustain options in lane).

Second, his late game feels so much better than before. Old swain would get cucked so hard because he had too much dot and way too little burst potential. One lifesteal item and it felt like swain's damage got nullified. New swain has a better balance between burst and DoT.

Third, vision of empire is hilariously underrated. Yes, I think it can either get at least: 1 a slightly larger radius or 2 a small small delay buff (from 1.5 to maybe 1.25). But it's a powerful scouting tool and when you land your E or someone else CCs a target it's not THAT hard to land and it automatically gives you your passive healing for each enemy hit.

Honestly, the ONLY gripe I have with swain is that he went from his ult being able to affect 5 targets to only 3 targets, which feels kinda bad, but he gained a lot and so that's probably not something to necessarily miss too much.
