Can we leave if someone isn't back in 10 minutes.

I can understand if someone doesn't have the best internet or has things to do, it's fine but can we leave if they are gone for 10 minutes? It's a waste of time trying to pull off a 4v5 and sometimes it can get worse to 3v5. Constantly the leaver buster threatens me and it's worse when your team doesn't want to surrender in a 4v5 when you're getting destroyed.

Another idea is possibly let the player passively earn gold and XP? So if the player comes back he wont be so behind?

Honestly the league community is bigger then ever and riot should start looking into this. The game wasn't as big a few years ago but now a lot of people play it, so can we have this implemented?

And I'm sure people have mentioned this but please can we give this one last chance?

Also if you say the second idea can be abused, who's low enough to just not play a game and afk because they are lasy.

I saw somewhere in a forum that Riot thought of having the ability to replace the afk player via voting. Tldr: If enough players vote positively, the afk player will get replaced with a new player and the game will be restarted. Idk if this is legit and if it will be implemented in the near future, but it does seem like a good idea in the papers.

Well, I think it would make the enemy team extremely mad because they think of it as "free lp"

Yes, but they shouldn't get "free lp" like that. No one should go afk in the first place.

I guess another idea the team with the afk doesn't lose any LP but this could be abused. Maybe like if the player is afk at the begging only and 10 minutes pass he isn't there no lp loss?

Well right now the game counts as a loss for the afk, whether his team wins or loses.
