Did Promo helper change?

Dukues··1 votes·388 views

I just got into my gold promos for the 2nd time this season, but was not given a free win. The last time I was in promos was about a month ago. Since then I had been demoted out of silver 1 a couple of times. Is there a change they made and the reason I did not get a free win or?

If you dodge during a promo series then it nullifies your free win for reaching that series, so that is one possible explanation.

I never really thought about it until now but I think maybe you only get promo helper to the last division you were in. Say you were silver 3 then dropped 2 divisions to silver 5. Maybe you only get it for the silver 4 promo then. Guess I havent been in the situation before.
