No it isn't. They are trying to turn him into a teamfight-oriented tank, that is not his identity and neither should it be. He is the guy that completely obliterates top lane, then builds damage and splitpushes because he has little reason to teamfight since people just walk away from him.

I get that his selfish playstyle wasn't fun for either team to put up with, but that's what made him unique.

Umm, no. Thats what Tryndamere and Nasus are for. Darius' entire kit screams for multiple enemies to take him on.

Also, the quickest way to get max Hemorage stacks is Q+AA+W+TitanticHydraReset+AA (Pull when needed) That sets him to go god mode after that.

Darius' entire kit screams for multiple enemies to take him on.

Except in the end he can't, because in teamfights between CC and kiting it's impossible for him to get a full rotation on a priority target, and if he is deep enough to be hitting multiple people then he gets vaporized because he has no tank scalings. Which is why he just splitpushes instead, nothing positive ever comes from him trying to teamfight other than the occasional flash-hook.

Actually its 10% per champion struck miss hp heal. And his attackspeed has been INSANELY nerfed. He now has the base attackspeed of most ranged people and has a 1% attackspeed growth.
Good luck trying to get to 5 stacks in any team fight.

You Q AA W AA AA the tank line, then RG into their backline and instantly apply 5 stacks with Bloodrage, then rape their entire team

Goodluck getting there. You act as if you can just run up to the back line. He no longer has the bonus movement speed from bleeding targets and his Q has about a 1 second cast time.

Because the enemy team wont do anything to prevent you from getting to the back line? Lol k. You are too kite -able in a team fight and literally any valid support will prevent from getting anywhere near the carry, not to mention the carries themselves having some form of mobility in their kit.

Then you've got 2-3 people constantly blowing CC on you while you're shredding their tank line with Cleaver stacks and healing a shitload with Q
