Some mages right now are honestly really frustrating to play against
Specifically: 
These champions are cool and great, but they are a chore to fight. You can dodge many of their abilites are much as you want but their point and click ultimate is what is really frustrating.
I can dodge her Q,W,E but she can still just delete you with R
You can do anything pre-6 but once she is 6 its over and tibbers does EVERYTHING
Easiest abilites to dodge but he can press R and his passive will come up if your next to minions and you die
Same idea, mostly skillshot oriented, but has a nuke ultimate
Also considering their ultimates get very low cool downs because 
grants 20% CDR and its a standard item across the board.
Can we tune these champions?
