i feel like we would see considerably more ap kai'sa if you could get the q bonus with ap

now i dont know how everyone else builds but i like to build her max cdr full ap and im aware by itself her W can hit quite hard and q is more of a follow up or an after thought. however with having her q get its missile bonus from 100 bonus AD you simply will not be able to get it on a full ap build (ex: ) if you were to allow for her to get the bonus missiles off of say 200ap (some some cheesy on hit build cant get it easy aswell) i feel like it would improve her ap sides quality of life considerably

I think the problem with FULL AP kai'sa is she wouldn't be viable. IF you only scale an AP Q, then your useless in all other regards? Or are you suggesting her Q and W scale it? I think maybe a build like how teemo does would be slightly more viable (The AP+Attack speed teemo)

ill be honest im not quite sure what youre saying here, she already has ap scailings on everything but her e and theyre quite good at that. for example with a full cdr build incuding runes you can easly hit 800 damage on her w alone which lowers its cd to about 4 seconds.

maybe its because i play her like an artillary mage that can punish tanks that dive her with her high %health damage, for refrence i start Q max W and dont even touch E till i have to. maybe give it a go if you have not

You realize riot doesn't want you playing full AP kai sa? She was designed to be a mixture of all 3: AP, AD, and AS. They specifically designed her kit to make it difficult to not build all three of those stats.
