Getting real tired of this 10-20 minute Q time, lets break it down

Lets break it down, but not too much so Riot can keep up

Before Dynamic Q algorithms: 10sec-2min Q times After Dynamic Q algorithms: 10-20min Q times (lets include dodging to be nice and remaking because whatever)

In all this time I am wasting finding a game, it accumulates to about losing 2-3 games of possible play each day.

Let's assume you're a good player, and actually want to improve.

Why not record your games? And spend the loading screens and queue timers...Reviewing your mistakes?

Now, is that 10-20 minutes a waste of time? :D

How do you record games?

It is because people can actually choose to not be support. And because people don't want to be support, then the queue times are basically waiting for supports to step up.

Before some poor smuck would be forced to be support, now only people who are willing to be support will be it. That is a much smaller pool of people to pick from, instead of the ocean of all players they had before.

But lets blame riot for giving us the ability to pick our positions. You want 10 second - 2 minute queues? Pick fill, it will be just like before. If not, stop complaining!

Pick support and your speedy queue times will return.
