The only issue with him is the free cleanse. They remove that and he'd be fine.

It's more than just a free cleanse. He becomes immune to ALL cc for a few seconds after using it.

But actually, if morg's spellshield is balanced blocking all cc, youre just gonna have to learn to play around it.

Doesn't "seem" ridiculously broken, because he is. He's basically the same as old rengar, only that he gets a stupid free shield out of it and can continuously gap-close now. Not as bad as new fizz, but still incredibly broken.

i was in a match earlier, everybody was level 5. next thing you know rengar ult is going off and he is instantly running up the lane.
