Does anyone think shyvana is top teir bc assassins feral flare and exp changes

Shyvana was my main jg but runes gave her a straight dueling buff. They also brought back feral flare but for assasins. It's called dark havest. It could so work on shyvana probably. I know nb3 tried it but didn't watch the video. What dark harvest means if the enemy is running it, just pick someone like shyvana and steal their camps She's kind of a double whammy for the enemy unless they can dueling her. Most assassins can't. As long as they're not naked kha'zix but if she takes exhaust and red smite, forget it. There's no dueling her. She's also good at stealing camps. She is done before you can make it there and if not you die. She also is the #2 jg behind ramus but she will still kill him easy and steal his camps because he's also to clearing and she will kill him over and over. She asleep has the fastest clears. What o do is I take whatever aide they aren't and I mean all the camps. Then I go scuttle to my buffs and go from there. Back at lvl 4 for drag then continue. Lvl 6, start ganking.anyways is she one of the best ATM.
