To be precise, Yasou is silly. He is strong early, he's strong mid game, he's oneshotting people late game. Best of all, there's nothing you can do to stop his farming, his Q is ranged, he's naturally fast, has a free shield, wind wall and doesnt b for mana, if he doesn't want to trade, youre not hitting him. If he happens to be terribly behind, spamming tornado still nets his team solid CC.

In contrast, Fizz is bad at farming, he has to cs by hand w/ 50 AD, he cannot farm from ranged, once in awhile he has to E to avoid spell sand doing so 3 times forced him to b for mana. There are 101 ways to stop his growth. Mid/late game If he's behind and cannot oneshot a person, he's completely useless to the team.

It's funny how OP Fizz is when he dodges a spell, but Yasou fully absorbs it w/ zero cost, @zero CD and considered "normal".

Fizz doesnt dodge. Fizz becomes invulnerable. Also, fizz isnt bad at farming, and you only have to farm till 3 where you can basically deeps anyone. Also, talking about low CD dodges, fizz e has like an 8 second cd. on a skill where you can be invulnerable for 2 seconds.

Tethers and dots affect him, so he's not invulnerable.

untargetable, its better if you go selfish to get untaregtability than a windwall (yasuo has just some utility for his team, and you have to be realy bad if you unload on the wall)

i personaly agree that both fizz and yasuo need solid loads of attention put to them in order to put their kits to healthyness (they arent the only ones but they are both preety severe cases, also there is akali) and viability

right now yasuo is in the gut phase (riot promised that they wont do anymore guttting just because champ went big, yeah .. they keep their promises) and he is a kassadin case, either they keep him gutted or he goes op cause his kit offers too much (its not about overloading kit with loads of stuff, but overloading the kit with too diverse tools, kassa for instance is a mage who has to deal good dmg, but his infinite mobility causes him to go op whenever his numbers are at least medicore, so riot gives the gut spree ) fizz on the other hand is untouched and i personaly think its fine because the first thing that riot would do to him once they turn thei r eyes to him would be another gutting show

i agree that they need work but riot wont fix them , they will just gut them and spinn the fotm wheel isntead of increasing it till most of champs is viable

It's 12 CD for 0.75s invulnerability. Your number is like, 500% inflated.
