Why isn't Tristana more popular?

I know, she isn't the most powerful ADC - at least not after the changes, but I would like to know why isn't more popular.

She may have a weak early game, but she is still an hypercarry - and even though she may not have the raw damage from Kog'Maw, the 1x1 potential from Vayne, and the AoE crits from Jinx, she makes up for that by having a little of each, and with a lot of safety.

She is also one of the few ADCs who can splitpush, thanks to her escape, her disengage, and her tower killing potential which surpasses even Jinx.

Then at late game she becomes one of the safest ADCs. She has a lot of mobility, and unlike Vayne, has range.

Why isn't Tristana more popular? Is that due to her weak early game? Or because of her low natural attack speed? Or because of her range being nerfed a while ago?

I kinda agree will all but her tower pushing isnt as good as jinx's. Trist can burst it in a fell swoop, and do great damage to it, but she is gated by cooldowns. Jinx can just dps it until it crumbles to the floor

Tristana can use E on the tower, use Q to attack it faster, and thanks to E, she can "burst" the tower down, taking him faster than a Jinx could.

Of course Jinx has many other advantages over Tristana, but Tristana has the edge there and on the mobility part.
