  1. its gonna happen sooner or later
  2. what you don't want does not (usually) steer development in a particular direction unless its very specific.

because stupid people like the one's I referred to are the reason akali lost so much sideboob. I'm 100% certain that there's a 50% chance i'm right on that.

I've seen several threads and I'm seeing the pattern of a losing fanbase as opposed to a winning one like the ahri fanbase

Here's the difference

You're justt really bad at comprehensive reading. Akali is SO HOT's thread and my thread and most of the threads I've been on explain what they want and you're just not picking up on that.

how would you know, you don't know what I have or haven't seen, I just see distracting shit here in gameplay though.

Also I question what you are reading as "what they want" most of these threads hint at it but keep it extremely vague at best and this isn't even done intentionally. There's usually no specifics.

Furthermore none of them ever refer to one another. Its like it isn't even a community thing just a bunch of salty individuals who don't really know what they want.

Why would we link other threads when we can just get them out there? you can just search akali and get tons of threads on it there's no need to link them. And what part of they want the changes to be reverted and some damage nerfs for fairness did you not understand. Those are extremely simple concepts.

Those are in fact simple concepts. Trying to support an idea and shape an all encompassing community subgroup opinion is not however.

If that is as far as your ambition goes then you may as well just spam more worthless drivel like those that have already come then go cry some more when akali gets shit on as planned because you were too prideful to do a fucking thing about it beyond what you see as the bare minimum.

Meanwhile I will continue dealing muh single target foxfire damage and missing the charm amplification I ended up getting because the AhriFancult actually has its shit together even though that had to go later on

So much people crying for something they didn't even try out AND which isn't finished yet. I mean, the changes looks good to me, regardless of the numbers:

  • Her passive used to be more effective the longer she stays in combat (hence tankali), whereas the new one favors short burst windows (~1sec delay between 2 autos isn't THAT long). Don't tell me the new passive's damage is worse if you land many autos. Assassin Akali doesn't need 14 autos to kill someone.

  • Her ultimate is meant to catch people, not blowing them up. But still, the damage nerf is pretty harsh. A little range buff could be great though.

  • The shroud can be used again as a defensive / mindgame tool, and not just a "8-sec farming pass" early game or a mere AoE slow later on. The "mini-dash" will be quite useful as well.

Akali's going to be very strong vs champ using targeted abilities or relying on auto attacks. How can you focus an Akali in her shroud with Cait or Ryze ? Right now, they just need a 75g item, yay. Next week they better run. Even if she's weak right after the 6.22 release, there will be buffs. Or nerfs if she's too strong. Better a slightly nerfed Akali, than an Azir'ed Akali.

This isn't a slight nerf though. She got nerfs to everything just like azir. And it's not that "Oh we haven't tried it so it must not be good" The stats and several high elo akali players have said they don't like the changes. These are people that have tried it and said they don't like it. And there's barely any advantage to her new shroud considering there's no control over where you can place it. And what people on the pbe are saying is that Tank Akali is going to be the only way to build her effectively which is what riot did not want.

Eh, at least half of the assassins will be released really weak and will get big buffs over the next few patches. PBE is a terrible place for balancing so they can't really tell. What appears strong on PBE is much different live as "feels really strong in diamond on pbe" could be completely unviable 35% win rate live.

Correct. Even while you're trying your hardest to be an asshole you're failing to prove that the numbers matter before you give them meaning. You could make it -100, it heals them, and it wouldn't make any difference. Because I don't give a shit and this thread has little to do with the numbers if you actually read.

But then maybe that sort of narrowsightedness is the reason why akali is about to get gutted and her simpleassed fans can't seem to muster up the awakeness to do anything about it even when someone tells them how to do it

im scared for this update. alot of the updates from the other seasons werent that great. especially malzahar. which really killed his 1v1 vibe. malzahar without his voidlings up is literally the WORST burst/dot mage in-game, becuase thats how bad his damage on the other abilites are.

i want malzahar to be able to do something other than pray on voidlings.

my q is now only to extend the time of e which is only used to make voidlings target somebody becuase q and e now do no damage. i shouldnt even have to bring up the r which every single malzahar main agrees that the changes to it are hilariously terrible.

what is the point of an %health aoe that barely lasts as long as his ult which is only 2.5 seconds. it barely does any damage even on full build. just the thought of them moving his old w onto his ult lazily tilts me.

People are worried because with the scalings on her ult gutted there is no reason not to build tank Akali which is a build I think I can safely say nobody wants to come back.
