HEALTH 600 ⇒ 500

Once again Rito proves they have no idea how to balance the game. The argument for this change was to make items like item 3143 and item 3068 like more viable alternatives. The MAIN reason item 3742 was even built was because it gave more RAW SURVIVABILITY than item 3143 and item 3068. You would pick up item 3143 instead against crit champions because it made more sense. You would pick item 3068 if you wanted the splitpush power (or because you're a generic League player with a hard-on for items that do damage). Now you get more survivability from item 3143 without the crit reduction. item 3068 has always been a fan favorite even when its stats sucked. In the PBE today we saw a change increasing item 3068 to 50 armor from 45. That means that item 3068 will give the same survivability stats as item 3742 but with a better passive.

Rito made this exact same mistake with item 3800 in Season 5. They had a great item that was fun and an interesting passive then they nerfed the shit out of it such that its raw stats are worthless and nobody buys it anymore. I can't recall the last time this item was built. The same thing will happen to item 3742 except now the stats are just meh with a passive that was already pretty meh compared to item 3143 and other armor alternatives. If they really want item 3742 to be picked up for its passive they need to make the passive better. Bump the movespeed up to 80 and make it so that you can't lose momentum from auto attacking minions.

Rito's double nerfing habit strikes again. Nerf item 3742 while simultaneously gutting the resolve tree. Veteran's Scars is now officially worthless and Unyielding is the weakest it's been in ANY season. The Veteran's Scars change is supposed to make Resolve more appealing to squishy roles like ADC or assassins, but who are we kidding? Resolve will never be appealing to them as long as Cunning and Ferocity exist.

How many years has Rito been doing this again?
