Coming in 6.24 Doesn't need one. get good. It's honestly a fine item, maybe needs some small tuning, but its not broken What bug? Coming in a different patch he doesn't need any. he is perfectly fine as is right now The item is balanced, stop QQing Coming in 6.24
Maybe you should actually read what Rioters have said before you complain needlessly. Some of these issues aren't issues at all, the others have been stated they will be fixed at a later time. Riot stated that this patch would be a smaller one due to the holiday season, so stop complaining and just wait for next patch.
