Normal is garbage, can literally anything be done to improve it?

It often takes 15-20 minutes just to get into a game because every lobby has someone auto-filled and they inevitably dodge at the last minute, and matchmaking is non-existent.

For example, I just had a game against a 5-man premade with 3x Diamond players and another Diamond player on an alt account, while my team mates were four random Gold players. Which took me about 22 minutes to get into, because I had to sit through half a dozen dodged lobbies.

It's actually sad how poorly implemented the matchmaking system is. I shouldn't be sitting around for 20+ minutes just to get into a game where zero attempt was made at creating even teams.

As someone with over 6000 games in draft alone....

I have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

Heck, me with a friend (i trolled around mid with Soraka, Thresh, and Blitzcrank mid in a few games, and our team was like low gold high silver.... enemy team had plats and high gold. The only reason i know this is because the last few games we had before that.... we were stomping the enemy so hard that we were questioning if we were playing vs bronzes.

The 20+ minute queue times are probably because of your rank, and unfortunately for you.... "the show must go on" so matchmaking will attempt to place you with people that would at least be likely to match up with you (fellow diamonds), but because they are smurfing they get a lower difficulty bar than normal.... which also makes for faster queue times.

I gave up on draft picks, long q time then get several dodges in a row last second. It just gets annoying. It sucks though because it's good practice counter picking for ranked
