A Compromise for Zhonya's Hourglass

I know Rito heavily values the active but a lot of people have been upset at how low the stats are to compensate for this, especially since this is practically the only AP/Armor option for carries. My suggestion is this: return 20 AP and give it more armor, but make Zhonya's Hourglass freeze the user's cooldowns while active. This has the added benefit of nerfing champions who use Zhonya's to stall until their their untargetability spells are back up (E.G. this asshole>)

Honestly making it a utility item is the direction it's been going ever since they took it and Rabadons out of Zhonya's ring.

Instead of trying to nerf the active for a little more in the stat department, they should make a new high AP+armor item to fill the stat niche and emphasize Zhonya's strength as a defensive utility item. Having the invulnerability on such a cheap item is better since now it is actually a viable rush against most assassins.

The purpose of it to either buy time against burst or to completely dodge large amounts of damage. With this change Morgana and Fiddle can still Ult/Zhonya's, and Mages in general can still avoid Zed's death mark. A side effect of the active is it allows some champions to completely sidestep their windows of vulnerability because cooldowns keep ticking while frozen.

But time for your cooldowns to come up so you can fight back. It's the whole reason why it makes you invulnerable while QSS just cleanses. ADCs do continuous damage, so they just need to move to keep attacks. Mages use cooldowns, so when those are up, they can't fight. Give them some time for it to finish, and then they can use whatever CC/burst/escape they have to either kill the enemy or escape
