Champ is borderline unplayable and cant bully anyone in lane so he just gets outscaled unless your support is a god, literally every high elo draven main has been saying he's trash since new runes and nothing has been done to make him viable again.

Are you kidding me, What kind of caster Draven you've seen autos like a kalista/kogmaw, he's suppose to blow them up in like 2-4 shots by outhealing/critting/tons of true dmg, klepto if you like getting your power spikes earlier. But yeah he used to be such a gamechanger, a fed Draven, gg ff 15-20, now it's laughable once the enemy caught up, he isn't 3 shotting anymore or surviving trades at all, but will still mess them up if they don't focus him.
