Not getting HExtec Boxes

For some reason, while getting S (or allies doing so), im not getting hextec boxes even though i havent gotten 1 with the champ im using and have all 4 available boxes to get.

How to solve this ?

It has to be a premade ally to get a chest from their S, were they?

Did you look in your champion page to verify you didn't get a chest with that champion yet? because if a premade ally earns one for you you get it for the champ you are on, not the one they are on.

Have you been punished with a chat restriction or ban?

them and myself got an S i did check, haven't gotten a box with the champ yet (coincidental enough, it was nami)
