Why isn't Miasma's grounding delay being fixed?

Is there a reason this bug is being ignored? This has been a known issue since Cass was reworked, and I'm getting really sick of enemy champions walking through Miasma for a full second and still being able to use dashes.

I think it just ticks too slow, just like Soraka's E have a delay before it silences
