Is anyone from Riot looking at Fiora??

She's currently sitting at a 17% pick rate for top lane in Plat+, and a 52% win rate. Champs in top lane who historically break 10% pick rate tend to be too strong, but Fiora has been over 10% for months.

She has tremendous late game scaling, but her early game is strong as well. There is no champ in the game that can deal with her 1v1. "but she's the Grand Duelist" Then how come she can win 2v1s as well? If your position that she should win all 1v1s is that its about her champion theme, then she should lose anytime another champ, allied or enemy, shows up.

Once Fiora has 2-3 items, it doesnt matter if you hide under your turret, she outheals its damage with her and her passive, while dealing 8-12% of your health as true damage. She is currently the 6th most banned champ in Plat+ in solo queue, and a consistent ban in pro play. Pros would rather play against AD Kennen than Fiora.
