Got both of them on discount in special offers, but have only enough rp for one of them. They both are for the characters i like a lot, and both seem to be the very best skins those character have. It's hard to decide on what should i pick... Maybe there is some issues with one of the skins that affect gameplay, or something else that will help me to chose?

I'd go for the Vi one.
I like Kaisa skin because i like flying valkeries ( for me its reminds me Samus from Metroid kinda), vi is weak imo right now and i dont see her in my games, while i see more kaisa games, kaisa can go both ad,ap and hybrid builds-so its a more flexible pick imo.
Imo Warriors Kingdoms and Demon Vi are better than Project so I would go with Bullet Angel Kai'Sa that you can even buy for Blue Essence the chromas now.
