Why can't we have a system for forging non-random skins, or, even better - shard trading?

Right now i have a page full of this: https://i.imgur.com/QgswQpv.jpg Some of them are nice skins for the champs i don't play, some are ugly skins for the champs i love. I don't have a single skin that i would really want among them. My options are either roll them into probably even worse random skin, or wait for the better shards... Why not give a thrid option?

I know that getting guaranteed skin is too much, but if to do that we needed spent 10-15 skin shards of same rarity as a skin we need, i think it would be ballanced.

Even more interesting choice would be adding in-game trading post for the summoners, where they can buy or sell shards for rp. You will ask - how Riot would benefit from that? Players will need to buy rp anyway to pay on this market, but also from every deal Riot will get a percentage, so even people who would otherwise not buy skins at full price still give them a bit of money. In the same moment some people will need not skins, but any shards to dust into essence, and that could make market even more popular.

If it's too easy to get skins you want, nobody buys skins and Riot makes no money and the game goes bankrupt.

If Riot's profit off a skin goes from 100% of the RP cost down to 10% of the trade(or even 20% of the trade), suddenly only a tenth of the current RP transactions are happening and Riot's profits drop.

This is basically gambling, the only option you currently have, buy the skins you really want in the shop or lose a lot of money on boxes with stuff you don't really want unless you collect skins.

If Riot did what you told, the revenue streams would be less dependant on actions they directly do towards the market (launch skins), and more dependant on RNG.

But I'm gonna humor your idea, and as Riot and I'll do what you ask for: You can change shards with your friends for a fee.

In that case I would make popular skins and recent skins more expensive to buy with orange essence and WAAAAAAAAY less likely to appear on your chests, by doing that, I give you the illusion of alternative and still keep buying skins as the obvious sensible option (Similar to wasting a champion or skin shard to be used for like 8 days).

Because as Riot, I need to sell to stay afloat, you still will be able to change Assassin Yi, Nosferatu Vladimir, Shamrock Malphite while a K/DA Ahri will be impossible to buy this way.

Frost Syndra seems pretty legit. And I have pool party Lulu and like her.

Riot should make a trading system. I would like to see how it would work out
