Can You *Please* Remove the Needless Delay on Cho'gath's W?

In 6.2, there was a "bug fix...where units would be hit if they had escaped the area after the cast."

This bug was a result of the skill having a delay in the first place, yet prior to the change the ability actually felt fluid and did what you intended it to do. Now, it feels incredibly clunky and, with its relatively small hitbox and increasingly mobile champion roster, is incredibly difficult to actually land. There's a multitude of instant cone abilities already and Cho's sitting at around a measly 48% win rate... This change is more QoL than anything but might actually have an effect on Cho's winrate and playrate if he actually becomes a counter to highly mobile champions again.

I wouldn't call ChoGath weak, even with a WR under 50%. And he NEVER has been a counter against highly mobile champion, if anything, he is a giant meat shield that can heavily punish misposition and low mobility target (Good old Q/E/R chogath on an ADC that wasn't well positionned).

Make it a Fear instead of a Silence.

This change makes up for it being harder to land and synergizes more with his Q.

Plus, he's known as "The Terror of the Void" afterall.

Biggest nerf Cho ever got. I'd prefer half the duration of the silence to get a better cast time.

Although a full revert on Cho would be best TBH.

Cho'Gath is in a good spot right now. Before, his W would hit a target even when they moved outside of its range, which makes absolutely no sense since it is not targeted.

I just wish there was a way he could get more than 6 stacks without having to kill a champion or dragons. I've found some pretty great use for him as a support tank but it usually requires me to get the kill on targets with feast in order to scale effectively (literally). It would be nice if he would get the feast stack if he bites a champion, doesn't kill them, but they die within the next second or something, kind of like the forgiveness with Darius ult. It would allow my carry to get the kill and then I could still feel good about using my ultimate.
