Riot needs to start buffing ADC's if they're still doing less damage than everyone else.

Yes, a feeding twitch should out damage a fed Vlad because of the role. Makes sense.

Karthus is the only one with a passive like that, if I remember correctly, so he's a special case and also its a few icons to the left of the orange "Post" box with Ahri's old portrait, basically right next to the flash icon

Yeah, I don't see how mages deal any less damage than ADC when they have more AOE. Regardless, it balances out.

ADC's have high scaling and low base damages, which means in the lategame they do the most damage but have to build up to that, whereas other subclasses typically have better base damage, which means they do more consistent damage from start to finish.
Vlad has as much kill participation as you which means being a midgame/lategame mage hes gunna best you out in total dmg.
