Top Lane?

I enjoy the lane but hate some of the matchups, like Renekton, Darius and Jax. Is it worth it for me to play it if I enjoy champs like fiora, gnar and irelia? Or should I just move to some other lane?

(EDIT: I rushed this a bit but because my pc starts up then randomly crashes, but that basically summed that all up. I am trying to find myself as a player and I love Irelia's capability to split push, tank, deal damage and have unique combos. But I HATE playing against darius, teemo renekton, jax. Anyone with hard or annoying cc. Are there easy ways to shut em down or is it just a deal with it type deal? )
