He just spams that massive shield on his adc forever and you can't do anything... Sightstone is better on him than on everyone else because of ward jump... Once he hits level 6 he will just kick you under his tower every time his ult is UP... He also helps secure dragon with his jungle because of % health execute...

Not really. Late game he has to become more of an initiator/ADC protector because his kit does not allow for you to max his damage ratios late game. He is an early game champion. The fact that you do not know this leads me to believe you don't play Lee Sin a lot, or that you play him at a lower Elo and thus just stomp on scrubs.
Edit: I forgot to mention that late game enemies build armor, and as a result minimize the damage output that Lee Sin could provide early game.

I said because of his scaling he is not great late game. Not that his abilities scale horribly, but rather that he as a champion cannot be the ridiculous damage dealing ganker that he is in the beginning.
