His new ult will break competitive play. What he will do is build tanky and ult the enemy jungler at dragon / baron so his team will secure the neutral objectives all of the time. This will make riot repeatedly nerf him to the point where he is unusable in solo queue.

He doesn't even have to build tanky, just enough to prevent the enemy jungler from smiting dragon / baron since that is what pro play is all about.

Pro play is also about teamwork, which the new Morde doesn't much to.
