Time for another batch of nerfs for whenever he becomes flavor again.

So at what point do you have to look at the jungle? At the clear speed of the assassins? Or the clear speed of Fighters or tanks?

Yep, I have noticed he is massively overperforming.
Indeed, most everyone is. Except Fiddlesticks. So is it the jungle or the reworks of the champion? Or the current meta shift? I believe it is the change to the jungle. The meta shift is just everyone favoring styles that assassins/fighters love... So when they lose it is broken.
