with most of swains hard counters being spammable long ranged poke mages, and most of them getting gutted with the mana regen changes. its time to swain to dominate.
he is unaffected by mana regen changes because the only mana item he usually buys is RoA.
he can still last hit in lane to regen his mana, insane mana regen with 2 dorans.
