conquerer jax jungle?

so i played jax for a while now (in jungle not in top) and im not sure about conquerer tbh. even vs tanks the onhit ad+ap dmg is so high that conquerer hardly gets a time to become active. so im really not sure... should i go press the attack?

PTA as Jungle is a lot more recommended, since you won't be getting off procing Conqueror at all when you're going for ganks. At least PTA offers assistance by allowing your teammates to deal extra damage after you hit the enemy 3 times.
