What was your best outplay you've had in a while?
I was playing Shen with mine.
So, I was heavily harassing a Voli top outta lane (He rushed a bilgewater cutlass and my jungler got me appropriately ahead). The guy had to start farming under tower or else he'd die. The Bear was very low, and I was confident enough that I could dive him, so I did.
I tanked the tower a little more than I should have. The Voli had flipped me, and before he died, he slowed me. I came out of that dive a little above a quarter health. I couldn't exit the tower range back to lane, I had to go through blue side's top jungle.
While I was walking towards River, a wild Udyr appears, ready to mess me up. I had a friend with me in a Skype call, and as soon as he saw the Udyr, he said "You're dead". My energy was low, my E on CD, and I was cornered into a wall. So I had to stay and fight.
I Q'd Udyr for the sustain and started autoing him for the Ki strike energy. I used W to try to survive a little longer to wait for my E CD. But, it all boiled down to an auto fight. My friend was chanting in the background: "You're gonna die, RIP Shen".
I had less than 100 health. I was gonna die.
But then my E came off cooldown.
As soon as my friend said his last "You're gonna die," I instantly yelled:
"OR AM I?!?!"
I E'd across the wall to River, taunting Udyr as I went. This made is pathing want to go around, so it was a little while before he flashed over. I booked it toward my tower with Bear Man chasing me.
I had enough of a head start to get to to tower, but I didn't stop there. I kept running all the way back to base. Me and my friend were laughing our asses off in Skype.
So, thats my story. I would like to hear yours.
... So I kite Garen like a motherF, poking the slow, move, slow, and kept switching abilities. He eventually caught up and spun on me so I flashed once silence wore off. EQ he died, and lux comes back with the smallest crud of hp trying to finish me. Pooled under her and Q'd once I got up. Got the ace. Unofficial penta broken into a triple and a double.
