Hecarim is going to be gutted soon :/

As a hecarim main it pains me to know it is coming. Hecarim is getting popular in LC$, but he isn't one of riot's babies.

Prepare to have his passive reduced by 20%, Q CD increased by 2 seconds, W's range reduced and E only go half as far and his ult fear for .5 seconds.

For compensation however his base MS will be increased by 5.
