Jarvan IV is now more popular then Lee Sin.

I know, it's hard to believe, but JarvanIV is now seeing more play then LeeSin.

Problem is, his presence alone pretty much invalidate all tank junglers. He got enough CC and durability to act as one, but got superior damage and team utility (think Jarvan/Gnar combo).

I believe he is more problematic then Lee SIn right now and his high win rate and continuously rising popularity/ban rate shows it (people may QQ about Lee Sin, but his ban rate remains low).

I think a good way to nerf the prince (because he will need some) without removing his key strengths would be removing some of his invisible power, like the armor shred on his Q or the passive stats on his standard.

Tank junglers need buffs, but the prince will also need to be hit.

why is the logic to nerf champions? why not buff other junglers?

show amumu some love, give khazix back, maybe a small buff to rango. udyr, elise, voli , nasus?

with the ability of riot to buff only monster dmg on some champions, maybe they can do it on alot more and make them even more relevant..... for instance, nasus's E give that a 20% dmg increase to monsters and boom! maybe nasus jungle will be alive again, remember when nasus, voli, j4 were the premier junglers good times, give voli's E a monster dmg buff. take away some of the khazix nerfs, let rango's W get a monster dmg buff, not sure on how to buff elise, she was nerfed mainly due to jungle item changes, give amumu's W a monster dmg buff.

personally i think j4 and lee are fine currently, i feel that if they just buff the other junglers, not so much there power in team fights, but there power to clear the jungle quicker would be nice.

J4 wrecks top, mid and jungle. His Q deals way to much damage and is hard to be dodged. Lee sin is being played way more in the jungle, beucase the last "nerfs" hurted a bit his solo lane.
