Small footnote/asterisk added to crit chance items, to inform players:

Other than that this formula doesn't need much of a learning curve people will get the jist of it with 1 or two games or so.
It doesn't need any understanding of it either to be good with it. Since its quite a bit more flattened then current setup this could be seen to have a less steep learning curve than the current setup for new players.
You could had a tutorial on the site to cover crit chance. Its pretty simple anyways.
in a nut shell/gist of it
there are 3 stack thresholds
(from 0% to 49.9%) ---> (expend two stacks in a row crit once)
(50% to 66.5%) ---> (expend one stack crit once)
(+66.66%) ---> (expend one stack crit twice in a row)
Start with one in 3 at 0% crit chance, therefore any crit chance you have below 33.33% is factored as damage amplification of your auto attacks and third hit.
