Can we have the same role on both teams pick simultaneously in solo queue?

At Diamond+, if nothing else?

With the current champion pool and state of the game, counter picks decide a good 70% of matches at higher ratings.

If you end up in a game where you're forced into picking for a solo lane before the enemy, you can easily end up in a situation where there's no possible way to outplay the opponent, so you're left relying on your team to carry you. In some match ups, you can't even enter your lane after a certain point.

Something like having both players pick at the same time, along with a secondary pick, and then reveal the picks after they've both locked in. If they both picked the same champion, one randomly gets it and the other gets their secondary pick. This would at least make the game more playable when you're forced to pick a solo lane early.
