Long story short, removal of early MR + damage from runes + snowbally game has created a champion so completely oppressive in the early game that he easily snowballs a match. I've had far too much success with him lately (and lost to far too many Xeraths) to call him balanced at this point. His buffs from last season should probably be reversed.

I just laughed so hard at the Koreans who came to this conclusion and went full on AP support Xerath constantly bombarding the botlane. INFINITE MANA and UNLIMITED POWAH
