@Riot is it time to Bring back Pox Arcana?

With talk of Riot Changing Rylai's to one of at least 2 different variations (one being a High AP/CDR option, the other being a defensive Utility option), I've decided it'd be better off being the defensive utility option. The problem is, is that it leaves Morello's being the ONLY 100+ AP option (I mean there's Mejai's, but that's really if you are skilled enough to be able snowball that much), and IMO mages will need another core item in case Morello's isn't the best option. So while I was making a thread about a NEW item, I came across the items from the old Black Market Brawlers game mode and noticed POX ARCANA, the Mage option that gives Morello-like stats. After some consideration, I've decided that if Rylai's is gonna be changed into a situational tank option, this is gonna be the replacement core item for the job.

I've reconfigured the stats for Pox Arcana to adjust for it's pricing and stats, so here we go:

ITEM: POX ARCANA

Cost: 3000G

Builds out of , + 850G

Stats:

100 AP 400 Mana

UNIQUE Passive - 20% CDR

UNIQUE PASSIVE – POX: Applies a stack of Pox for 10 seconds whenever you deal ability damage, stacking up to 5 times.

UNIQUE ACTIVE – DISEASE HARVEST: Deals 100 magic damage plus 20 (+5% AP) per stack of Pox (maximum of 200 (+25% AP)) to all nearby enemies affected by Pox, and restores 5% of your maximum mana for every Pox stack harvested. 60 second cooldown.

This item would make a potentially good item for AoE Mages for it's active and perhaps not as much as good for assassins since they mostly deal single target damage anyway. While it doesn't give the Mana regen/GW like Morello's does, it gives a new source of damage.
