Stormrazor and Miss Fortune..... Is 1 Hit MF back?

I just thought of something as I wrapped up a 4/1/16 Miss Fortune Support game, where I build ...... and it got me thinking.....

Stormrazor 100% Crits the first hit on a target.

I know this is a support build and even then some weird angles, because it has 70% CDR (which gives 36 Additional AD, for a total bonus AD of some 292 AD, with some ~ 36 AD in other runes, getting close to 340 AD with 1 item slow left.

Stormrazor would put it at about 405 AD without Infernals or Baron.

On Miss fortune's first hit, that's a potential 1,620 damage just from an auto attack on her first hit, without considering damage runes, like Comet, or Aery, or Electrocute

If it's her Q, That means her Second hit with Magic Bullet can hit around 3,240, if her first bullet killed? (Math might be off a bit here..... the way the math works is confusing since it can apply Love Tap...)

That's scary as f that you can tie Stormrazor into builds that have a first hit condition......
