Jungle is in a good place right now. Before it was a toxic role to everyone else who played. Now we all can do our role and a good junlger knows what they are to do and win.

Sooooo, jungle is better in the fact that power ganking is much weaker than before, but they really didn't buff power farming as much as I thought they did initially.
That means that jungle over all is weaker/worse. Not to say that I am entirely unhappy, but maybe something needs to be done to keep levels from getting out of hand for 2-3 ganks.
If I try to make 2-3 plays not related to farming or getting farm, mid will easily be 3 levels ahead, which is really bad. Bot lane will usually pass a jungler that either got invaded or died ganking. Currently the late early game and early mid game EXP is a bit too low and needs to scale a bit harder in that area.
Beyond that I'm very happy with the jungle changes, but I would not say I am happy yet. Over all this is a better jungle IMO once balanced, but that's all that is my opinion. What is the source of your stats?

Yup. And now that all the jungle mains are saying “fuck this game” and moving to other games, you can all cry about being auto filled to jungle.
