Riot if you refuse try to Balance Galio and leave him rotten in this state rework or revert him.....

The character is super cool and well designed but you dont wanna spend a little more recource to try and balance him in pro play and solo Q.

Worst champion in the game state wise was nerfed in 8.8 just to make sure hes completely gone from competitive to change ur meta that didnt change at all..

You Easily learned how to Nerf him in Competitive while keeping him fine in Solo Q the ULT Nerf only dropped his win rate by 1% now maybe making his Q usable past lv7 would be cool..

problem is he was already troll pick before you did that and only made it a lot worse in Solo Q...

im really enjoying galio RN with his ONLY 1 build and rune setup semi viable on him rn.

You have 3 champions you can bully 10+ champions you go even or lose and 10+ champs you auto lose matchups!

Why was Galio top gutted out of viability too? please dont tell me 40% win rate is a viable top lane champion and please dont tell me win rates dont matter cuz they do lol otherwise people wouldnt be perma banning ASOL WW and Kaisa

Galio problem right now is that his cooldowns are too high and his main ability cannot be used as a main ability!

because of that hes put into this weird spot where if hes not tanky enough to just stand there and do nothing before his CDs comes back up hes not viable..

Reduce his W tankiness but lower his Cooldowns and Q mana cost..

how are you even gonna balance a champion that cant even use his spells...

Do you think its normal that the best current galio build is a NO CDR Full magic pen build that consist of you to not use more than 1 q per wave or ur screwed and you only have 1 chance at doing something and if you dont succeed ur useless...

This is the most scum move as a balance team you can do to shove a champion out of viability then act like its justified in the patch note..

Patch 8.8 Galio the 46% win rate MONSTER champion is too broken because people learned how to cast his ultimate! so we are reducing the ammount of time you can cast ur ultimate ability because people learned how to cast it.

You can litterally use this excuse on any champion you wanna gut out of any viability...

I guess Leblanc Dashing foward and point click 2500 dmg late game then Ekko ult on a 10 seconds cd base is better to keep viable whatever..

Im liking all the indirect Galio nerfs on PBE right now! Everybody doing true dmg is gonna make sure Galio becomes even shittier.
