looking at how it function, i have a feeling its going to get nerfed in the following patches. btw who do you think will get most benefit out of this, most people believe spammy champions like

are going to get a fairly large power boost from this. from what i heard its a esteially a statikk shiv for mages and it seems any type of active ability procs it (judging from how annie e proc it when moved near minons)

yeah but what about the small stun effect it has when it procs, i can see that as a bit problematic to those who can spam their abilities

Because at the end of the day, it still offers 120 AP, and the passive means more burst damage, however small it may be. And that's apparently all that matters.

i dont think its going to make him as fast as you think, remember mobility has diminishing effects
Stephenizgod1 votesIts like what 12% movement speed? I dont imagine it will make him hecarim but it will make him faster then he is. Diminishing returns only effects like a whole lot of movement speed, like if i only build movement speed items. Im talking Luden's, Lich, and Tier-3 boots kind of movement speed, it will help him a little bit.
