With the nerf to grievous will heal get nerfed?

I feel like heal has finally won the power struggle with ignite. was balanced around healing the same amount as damage (but barely less, as in like maybe 50 less in 1v1) and adds MS. Now grievous only drops healing by 40% and its only on self healing. So that means that heal is not always lowered by ignite and when it is it is less and therefore more powerful. Hence heal needs a major nerf. I'm talking it needs to heal about 10% less to the primary target and about 30% less to the secondary target. That or you need to buff ignite to do about 25% or more damage (to make up for outside healing) which I would not recommend as it would make it oppressive in a solo lane.

As it is right now the order of solo lane dominance > > > > = . You can thank the grievous nerf for that.

In fact we could even buff the lower tier summoners spells so there is actually a choice (like merging cleanse and barrier).
