A toggle mechanic could work nicely on StormRazor

toggle: gain +1.25 to crit chance and +2% crit damage on each auto attacks up to 4. each auto attack increases the cooldown on Storm's Edge by a set amount. Bonus stats expire when Storm's Edge is refreshed.

something along these lines would be nice. Intended goal is to make the item viable on AA heavy champs that are in situations where they do not expect to hold off on AAttking for any significant length of time.

atm idk what to make of StormRazor because it's kind of niche in terms of situations and its ability to cater to different champion kits.
